Directions of Use

• Mixing Directions: Add contents of sachet to 125mls of chilled water in a Vita diet shaker and vigorously shake for 30 seconds, then let stand for 10 minutes. Handy hint: Refrigerate for 10 minutes for a great creamy taste!
• Directions: Consume two Medical Vita Diet sachets per day in conjunction with the healthy eating and exercise program in the Doctor's Guide.
