The MVD weightloss program has been specifically designed by doctors as an effective treatment for obesity and will help you achieve a healthy goal weight safely, nutritionally and easily, and by adhering to you maintenance plan and regular exercise, you can keep the weight off. For a complete understanding of the program, refer to the Dr's Guide. Individual results may vary.

Directions of Use

• Mixing Shake Directions: Add contents of shake sachet to 200mls of chilled water in a Vita diet shaker and shake.
• Mixing Soup Directions Add contents of sachet to 200mls of hot water in a mug and stir.
• Mixing Desserts Directions Add contents of sachet to 125mls of chilled water in a Vita diet shaker and vigorously shake for 30 seconds, then let stand for 10 minutes.
• Directions: Consume two Medical Vita Diet sachets per day in conjunction with the healthy eating and exercise program in the Doctor's Guide.

• Dieting is not suitable for children under 15 years or pregnant/lactating women without medical supervision.
